Solo Leveling Season 2 English Dub Premieres January 18 New

The release date and airing schedule for the first episode of the English dub of Solo Leveling Season 2 – Arise from the Shadow – have been announced! Mark your calendars for this Saturday, January 18, at 1 p.m. PT / 4 p.m. ET, as that’s when the first episode will debut. New episodes will continue to be released every Saturday.

Crunchyroll is currently streaming the original Japanese version of the series as it releases, and the third episode, titled “Still A Long Way to Go,” is scheduled to air on Sunday, January 19. The English dub cast from the first season of Solo Leveling will be returning to voice their characters in the second season.

The impressive cast features a lineup of well-known voices, including the iconic Christopher R. Sabat, famous for his roles as Vegeta and Piccolo. Joining him are his Dragon Ball colleagues, Daman Mills, who took over the role of Frieza after Chris Ayres’ passing in 2021, Kent Williams, the voice behind Mercenary Tao and Supreme Kai (Shin/Nahare), and Ian Sinclair, who voices Whis. Emi Lo has made waves by voicing an incredible 28 anime characters in 2023 alone, including Maomao from The Apothecary Diaries. Fans will also recognize Trina Nishimura, the voice of Mikasa Ackermann, and Patrick Seitz, known for his portrayal of Dio Brando in the 2015 adaptation of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure by David Production. Additionally, voice director Caitlin Glass, who has lent her voice to many characters, including Winry Rockbell in the English dubs of Fullmetal Alchemist, is part of this talented team. The English dub episodes will be released every Saturday, starting on January 18.
