Recently, an unfortunate player of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 encountered an annoying bug that can cut Zombies runs short on the Terminus map. The Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 community is rallying for Treyarch to address this glitch and other lingering issues that haven’t been fixed in earlier updates.
In Black Ops 6, gamers are currently taking advantage of double XP and double weapon XP, available until January 3. Additionally, the Archie’s Festival Frenzy holiday event is in full swing, offering players a chance to earn exclusive rewards by collecting Jolly Archies dropped from enemy kills in both multiplayer and Zombies modes. However, while trying to enjoy the event and achieve success in Zombies, players have been facing frustrating game-breaking bugs related to the Amalgam enemy type, which can abruptly end their runs.
A Reddit user named BenPlaysGamesTV stumbled upon a peculiar and frustrating bug involving the Amalgam on the Terminus map in Black Ops 6 Zombies. This glitch unexpectedly pushed him out of bounds, preventing him from returning to the Holding Cells area. Just one hit from the Amalgam elite enemy was enough to send him into a normally unreachable section of the map. Despite being stuck, he could still fight off enemies and take damage through a small gap in a nearby door. He even managed to shoot through the wall above the door, but this glitch could jeopardize his game if he sustained too much damage. Ultimately, BenPlaysGamesTV had to save his progress and quit, as there was no clear way to escape the glitched area.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Player Discovers Amalgam Bug That Sends Them Out of Bounds on Terminus
1. Currently, there isn’t a solution available for the Amalgam bug in Black Ops 6.
2. It appears that other players are experiencing the same bug on Terminus, as it can be consistently replicated across the entire map.
In the Reddit community for Black Ops 6, players have been discussing a bug that many have encountered. One player, known as The_Piment, reported experiencing this glitch repeatedly while playing Zombies on the Terminus map. Some players are attempting to find strategies to use the Amalgam bug to their advantage for reaching higher rounds, but running out of ammo in the glitched zone appears to be a common issue. A few are speculating whether PhD Flopper and Melee Macchiato could still be effective through a small gap in the door.
The new Zombies bug hasn’t received any public acknowledgment from Treyarch yet, as the developers are enjoying their holiday time off. Still, updates are expected to roll out in January, right as Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 1 Reloaded wrap up towards the month’s end. Since the Amalgam bug can be easily reproduced, it’s likely that Treyarch will prioritize fixing it in their next updates.
