Freedom Wars Remastered: Every Weapon Type Explained

In Freedom Wars Remastered, players have the exciting option to select two weapons of their choice before embarking on an Operation. With six different weapon types available, you can mix and match to create a character that perfectly suits your preferred play style.

Among the six types of weapons, certain ones have special effects that activate when they are charged. The arsenal includes three gun weapons and three melee weapons, all of which can be customized. Let’s explore the six primary weapon types and their unique features.

Every Weapon Type In Freedom Wars Remastered

In total, there are six different types of weapons available. You can acquire new weapons by completing operations or by buying them from the Zakka store in The Warren. Although you can’t select the weapons for your Comrades, you have the freedom to customize your Accessory as you wish. Feel free to change your weapons or your Accessory’s weapon whenever you like, as there are no advantages or disadvantages to frequently switching or sticking with the same ones. The six weapon types include:

Portable ArtilleryHigh single-shot damage with a low overall ammo carry capacity.Explosive AOE shots that can also hit multiple limbs to deal more damage at once.Slows your movement speed when equipped.
AutocannonsHigh rate of fire with a large ammo capacity and magazine size.Individual shots don’t deal a lot of damage but the high rate of fire greatly makes up for that.Slows your movement speed when equipped.

Note:-

Unlike the player, your accessory won’t have to worry about ammo when using gun weapons.
