How to Start the Quest
- Trigger: This route is accessible if you gave the Ward Sensors to Richter during the “Behind Seven Seals” mission.
- Location: Head to the Detention Center in the Garbage region and meet Star, the leader of Spark.
- Objective: Find Nestor, who has taken refuge in the basement of an old factory now controlled by Ward.
- Side Mission: Star asks you to rescue his trapped men in the factory. Completing this “Road to Salvation” side quest grants the PSZ-7 Military Body Armor.

- Engage the Ward guards directly.
- Prepare for heavy resistance; bring enough ammo and medical supplies.
- Stealth Route(Recommended):
- Go to the southwest corner of the factory.
- Locate a small hole in the wall and crouch through it.
- Enter another hole in the building on your left and descend the stairs quickly to avoid detection.
- Use a silenced weapon or knife to silently eliminate nearby guards.

- Locate stairs leading to the basement.

- He provides a code 2603 to unlock the door upstairs.
- Climb the stairs and use the code to proceed through the locked door.
Ending the Quest
- Progress through the factory to find a white door that triggers a cutscene with “Unknown.”
- The quest concludes after the cutscene.
- The next main quest, The Price Goes Up, is unlocked.
